Do you have a motto?

 

Do you have a motto for life? A creed or a saying: a simple set of words to inspire and invite a shift in your state of mind or your way of being in the world?

 

Maybe it's one you've heard from somewhere else that stuck?

‘It's not how many times you fall over but how many times you get up.’

 

Maybe it's one you got from a film?

‘Once more into the fray, into the last good fight I’ll ever know. Live and die on this day, live and die on this day.’

 

Maybe it's one you've created for yourself?

‘Maybe.’

 

Of course, there are no shortcuts, no single answers, but any simple remembrance of how to relate to life for the better, I would like to invite you to consider, should never be ignored.
